When you have found an item(s) that you would like to purchase, you will need to select a colour and size before clicking ‘Add to basket’.
You will then have the option to view the shopping basket, which will allow you to review your order and move on to the checkout. From here you will need to fill out your billing/shipping address and proceed to make payment through PayPal. This can be done either with a PayPal account, or any major credit/debit card.
We take payment through PayPal, which allows you to either pay with a PayPal account or with any major credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Faulty or unwanted goods may be returned for a full refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 working days.
We regret that we are unable to refund personalised items and/or used garments due to hygiene.
We do not offer exchanges on our garments. Each item is printed to order, please ensure you check our size guide before purchasing.
Our garments are printed to order in our Derbyshire studio. Typical production and delivery takes 5 working days.
If you need your garment/s urgently (as a gift for example) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check with us before ordering. We will do our best to get your order to you in time.
All of our products are wrapped in tissue paper before being parcelled up to go in the post. If your order is a gift please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will ensure that any invoices/billing details are left out of the package. We’ll also pop a little sweet surprise in for the birthday boy or girl 🙂
